Suzanne and her family have found that life and living in Western North Carolina is both diverse and enriching. From the natural history and beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains to the many recreational, educational opportunities and mild climate, it has proven to be a great relocation experience from Northern California in 1995.

I have been a full time real estate professional since 1987. I began my career in the east bay of San Francisco, and then on to Sacramento. I joined Beverly-Hanks and Associates in 1995. I have experienced multiple types of markets, including the boom markets and recessionary markets. I have focused my career on residential properties and building lots, which has allowed me to maintain a high level of service to my customers. I have found that my ability to educate both buyers and sellers, as to the ever changing processes for real estate transactions, has become a key factor for helping my customers.
